About Northeast Aesthetic Training Center

Northeast Aesthetic Training Center (NATC) was founded by Debra Sullivan, PA-C and Tiffany Rydz, APRN, FNP-BC. Both Debra and Tiffany are board-certified mid-level providers are skilled cosmetic injectors and are well known for their commitment to patient education, safety and natural transformative results.


Debra and Tiffany are also Allergan Medical Institute trainers and have trained hundreds of medical providers in the aesthetic community.


Our mission is to empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills to excel in Aesthetic Medicine, fostering a culture of safety, ethics, and patient-centered care.
